Transform From Within
The Breathwork Section
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a practice that has been used for thousands of years in various cultures and traditions.
Today breathwork is used in a variety of contexts from yoga and meditation to psychotherapy and trauma healing.
By intentionally manipulating our breath, we can tap into the power of our own bodies and minds to promote healing, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
I use breathwork to help you release stored stress and emotions, induce altered states of consciousness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and empowerment.
By working with your breath and body, you can access states of consciousness that are beyond the limitations of the mind and experience profound healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
EUROPE WORKSHOP TOUR
MindDate and Yannick Cousinne are going on a Tour in Europe from the 1st of April until 10th of May 2025 to facilitate the transformative power of Breathwork, Cacao, and ancient sound healing.
This experience begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by deep breathwork enhanced with live instruments and sound healing, guiding participants toward emotional release, insight, and deep relaxation—all within a trauma-informed, safe, and supportive environment.
The music is entirely self-produced by Tobi and enriched with live instruments, creating a truly unique and immersive atmosphere. Our soundscape incorporates a blend of native flutes, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, singing bowls, shamanic drums, and handpan.

5 Powerful Benefits of Breathwork
-
Breathwork can help process stored emotions and trauma by altering brainwave states and promoting the release of endorphins and oxytocin.
-
Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone.
-
Conscious breathing increases oxygen levels in the bloodstream, leading to better cognitive function, focus, and mental clarity.
-
Breathwork helps regulate the sympathetic ("fight or flight") and parasympathetic ("rest and digest") systems, improving emotional stability. A study from 2018 has found that breathwork can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and PTSD.
-
Breathwork has been shown to increase vagal tone, which enhances immune system resilience.
Yannick’s Approach to Breathwork
Yannick places a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space during his sessions. That’s why his approach is trauma-informed, ensuring both the safety and effectiveness of this deep therapeutic work.
With two years of experience, he has guided hundreds of people through both conscious and conscious-connected breathwork.
His sessions are continuously evolving, as he integrates new methods and techniques to support each individual's transformation journey.
Yannick also blends Breathwork with Sound Healing, playing live music using ancient instruments such as the Native American flute, shamanic drum, and didgeridoo.
Additionally, with the client’s consent, he applies Energy Work during the session to further support the process of release and integration.
